This refund policy describes the practical conditions under which ONEvintage Wholesale accepts returns. Our products are intended for resale by entrepreneurs and private individuals who engage in resale; this policy is a service of ONEvintage Wholesale and is separate from the statutory consumer right of withdrawal, which is not generally applicable to our customers. See the General Terms and Conditions for the legal framework.

Return period and conditions

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item or order.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. We would like to receive all items returned that we have shipped.

Before you return anything, please contact us first via onevintagewholesale@gmail.com. After approval of your return request, we will send you the return address and instructions for returning the item. Items that are returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any previously paid shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Damage, incorrect items and Class B

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Our bundles, kiloboxes and seller boxes consist of second-hand clothing that is hand-sorted. As a result, a bag, bundle or bale can contain up to 15% B-grade items due to human misjudgments during sorting; this is normal and in itself is not a reason for a refund. If you receive a shipment with more than 15% B-grade items, please contact us: you may then be eligible for a (partial) refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items and orders are excluded from the standard return policy, except for defects, incorrect delivery, or the B-category exception above:

  • sale items;

  • personalised orders;

  • orders where the clothing has been washed;

  • articles that have been deliberately purchased as Class B or C items;

  • articles sold per kilo;

  • bulk deals and bundles.

    If you have questions or comments about a specific item or a specific order, please contact us.

    Refund

    As soon as we receive and inspect your return shipment, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

    Upon approval, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to make the payment (iDEAL, Wero, Klarna, PayPal, or card). Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
