Waar komt jullie voorraad vandaan?
We struinen de hele wereld op zoek naar de beste vintage en 2de hands kleding. En inmiddels werken we samen met een aantal leveranciers om de kwaliteit en voorraad goed op pijl te houden.
Welke kwaliteit heeft jullie kleding?
We doen elke dat ons uiterste best om grade A en B+ kwaliteit kleding te leveren. Om voor onze klanten een zo goed mogelijk product te leveren. Lees wel goed onze product omschrijving dan weet je precies wat je kan verwachten.
Aan welke landen leveren jullie allemaal?
In principe leveren we met onze webshop aan alle landen binnen de EU. Mocht je buiten de EU gevestigd zijn en je wilt bij ons afnemen laat het ons vooral weten. we vragen wel om grotere afname te nemen want het moet wel rendabel zijn.
Retourneren?
mochten de geleverde producten niet naar wens zijn dan is retourneren mogelijk. Lees hiervoor ons retour beleid even door voor de details.
Waarom ruikt de kleding of is de kleding soms niet schoon?
De kleding heeft vaak lang opgeslagen gelegen in een magazijn ook is het goed mogelijk dat de kleding vies is opgeslagen. Wij als kleine onderneming zijn helaas niet in de gelegenheid om de kleding te reiningen. Daarom vragen we aan onze klanten om zelf even de kleding te wassen.

Ja, het is mogelijk om langs te komen. Wel gaat dit op afpraak. Mocht je langs willen komen neem dan contact met ons op!

A minimum purchase amount of €300 applies to the online video handpick.
The online video handpick is scheduled for 1 hour . Are you planning to purchase very large numbers of vintage or second-hand clothing? Then we will discuss together whether a longer time slot for the online video handpick should be scheduled.

Please include a description of the items you are looking for in your message. Which brands are you looking for? And what categories of clothing? In addition, indicate the approximate amount you intend to spend on the online video handpick. The more precise your description, the better we can adjust the offer for the handpick to your wishes! Based on this description, we will assess whether we have sufficient of the items you want in stock at that time. If this is the case, we will find a date together with you to have the online video handpick take place and put together the items for the online video handpick for you.
At the time slot you have reserved, we will video call you and we will go through the items that we have sorted for you with you. You can then indicate which items we may or may not add to your order. After the handpicking session, we will prepare the full invoice for you.
